I don't have any credit history - can i get a car loan?

Hi, im looking to get a loan for a car for my partner. I'm 18 and don't have a credit history yet, would it be possible for me to get a loan? Thanks

Hi Daniel, because of the fact you have no credit it may be a better option to have a joint hirer on the agreement. Can your partner go on the agreement with you? This would strengthen your chances of being approved. Just a few questions - are you on the electoral roll at your current address? Do you have a full UK licence? Can you prove your income? Hi, i'd be doing it in my name because she isn't 18 till next month. It was sort of an 18th birthday idea. I don't drive myself and i've applied for the electoral role as we have only been living at the address together for 3 months. We are just waiting to receive the paperwork to sign and send it back. I can prove my income , thanks
