Hi Shaun, thank you for using our Q&A. If you're in a cccs debt plan, i have to be honest, the liklihood of getting approved for a new car on finance or PCP are highly unlikely. How much are you looking to finance/borrow? You have a decent budget but if your credit history is poor we may be able to get you approved for hire purchase only but the rates will be high. Kind Regards, Edwin

I am on a dmp with cccs, we need a new car and have a 2001 scenic to part ex, do you think we could get finance and would it help at all if we had a guarantor?

Hi Claire, yes - it would help if you had a guarantor with clean credit. If we get you approved we can also take your part ex from you as full deposit and get you into a lovely new car. The issue is that we can't guarantee anything until we've seen your credit profile. Every case is different but we have approved people in the past that have been in debt management plans and have CCCS. Please apply when you're ready and apologies for the late response. Kind Regards, Edwin
