Everyone loves a treat and a heartfelt ‘Well Done!’ But why have we chosen to reward customer experience above everything else?
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. From our sales managers to our software engineers, we’re all here to help people improve their everyday lives. It’s not enough for us to just get you the right car finance deal for you. We want to go the extra mile and make sure our customers have the best possible experience, from when they first apply to when they’re driving their new pride and joy for the first time.
And that’s why we decided to introduce the Customer Experience Awards. It’s about celebrating what really matters – helping our customers.
Now, every month, our team gets together to recognise and reward the 247 People who have gone above and beyond for our customers. It’s a chance for us to reflect on why we do what we do and say thank you to the people who make us who we are.
How the awards work
What does great customer service mean to you?
For us, it’s doing everything we can to get you the car you really want.
That could be helping you find a car, negotiating with the dealer on your behalf, explaining your car finance options clearly and honestly, being at the end of the phone whenever you have a question, or processing your paperwork quickly so you can get on the road as soon as possible.
How do we know who’s doing a great job? You tell us! We look at every review that you leave for our People, whether you submit it to us directly or on the Trustpilot, Google or Feefo review sites. We aim to highlight those who consistently receive five-star reviews from almost every customer they interact with – the people who prioritise the customer experience every day.
