Entry to this competition will begin on Thursday 5th of July 2018 at 4:30pm, and will close on Sunday 8th July 2018 at 11.59pm. The announcement of the winner will be on Monday 9th of July 2018 between the times of 10AM – 12PM.
1.1Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
1.2 Only one entry permitted per person per platform.
1.3 This promotion entails participants to comment upon a specific post on CarFinance 247 Facebook and or Instagram page. The comment should name the person the entrant aims to take with them. However, the winner is entitled to choose whomever they want to go with. (Subject to Goodwood’s T&C’s)
1.4 A random number generator will select one winner out of the entrants on each social media platform. We have 2 pairs of tickets to give away; one pair to an Instagram entrant, one pair to a Facebook entrant.
When will I be contacted if I win?
1.5 Winners will be contacted via Facebook Messenger or direct message via Instagram on Monday 9th July 2018.
When will I receive my prize if I win?
1.6 The prize for the winners: 2X tickets for the Goodwood Festival of Speed Sunday event on the 15th July
1.7 The promoter is CarFinance 247 whose registered office is Universal Square, Devonshire street north, Manchester, M12 6JH.
1.8 Upon receiving the address of the winner, CarFinance 247 will post the tickets within three working days. CarFinance 247 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel during transit or delivery nor will cover any additional costs incurred.
1.9 No current employees of CarFinance 247 or members of their immediate families are permitted to enter.

1.10 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
1.11 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
1.12 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of force majeure or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
1.13 The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
1.14 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
1.15 The winner of this competition must be a resident of the UK. CarFinance 247 reserves the right to redraw the winner if the first drawn winner was not a UK resident.
1.16 The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be solely in accordance with the current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
1.17 CarFinance 247 shall have the right, and its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
