£100 Back to School Giveaway - 04/09/18

1.1 Entrants must be 18 years old or over.

1.2 Only one entry permitted per person.

1.3 This promotion entails participants to comment upon a specific post on CarFinance 247 Facebook page. The comment must answer the question(s) proposed in the post in their entirety. CarFinance 247 reserve the right to refuse entry whereby the competition requirements have not been followed.

1.4 A random number generator will be used to select one winner out of the entrants.

1.5 The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger on Monday 10^th September 2018. We will request the sort code and account number of the relevant bank account.

1.6 The prize for the winner is £100. This £100 will be transferred to the winner upon receipt of their bank details.

The winner has 5 days to claim their prize from being contacted by CarFinance 247. If the prize is not claimed, another winner will be chosen by the random number generator.

1.8 CarFinance 247 will not be held responsible for any issues with the transfer of the funds caused by the wrong bank details being provided to us by the winner. No surplus £100 will be transferred.

1.9 No current employees of CarFinance 247 or members of their immediate families are permitted to enter.

1.15 The winner of this competition must be a resident of the UK. CarFinance 247 reserves the right to redraw the winner if the first drawn winner was not a UK resident.

1.16 The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be solely in accordance with the current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

1.17 CarFinance 247 shall have the right, and its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
