For us, car finance has always been about helping people improve their everyday lives. As the Coronavirus crisis has escalated in recent weeks, everyday life for our customers, our partners, and our team has changed significantly – and as a business, it’s our duty to be mindful of those changes and act accordingly.
As of 1st April, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause trading.
Safety is our top priority, and it has become clear that protecting our customers, our team and the dealers we work with while continuing to trade has become increasingly difficult.
This is not a decision we take lightly, but one made in line with Government guidance and with the wellbeing and safety of our community and wider industry in mind.
If you have recently applied for car finance, we will now place your application on hold until we are able to process it. This will have no impact on your credit score. We’ll be in touch to progress your application as soon as we safely can, in line with Government advice.
