For us, car finance has always been about helping people improve their everyday lives. As we continue to navigate the effects of this crisis together, honouring that commitment and making sure that we're here to help and support our customers is more important than ever.

How are our services affected?

We are open and accepting new applications. If you need to find and finance a new car, we're here to help.

While we're still all working from hundreds of homes across the North West instead of our offices, we have all the technology and systems in place to allow for remote working for as long as necessary. We've worked hard to ensure that we can continue to deliver the high level of service and security our customers expect with no interruptions.

Contact-free car buying

We've been working closely with our partners to ensure the car buying process is as safe and straightforward as possible, whether you choose to visit a dealership or have your car delivered. The dealers we work with are practicing social distancing, offering video car tours, self-guided test drives and more! Your account manager will be able to talk you through all the options available.

Managing your repayments

We understand that many of our customers' financial situations have been impacted by the crisis. If you do have any concerns, please get in touch with your lender directly. If you're unsure who your lender is, their name will be listed on your bank statement.
