Bad Credit Motorbike Finance

Hello, i have a bad credit rating but i need to buy a motorbike to commute to work on. Is finance available for motorbikes instead of cars also?

Answer

Hi Ads, yes motorbike finance is available and we have a few lenders who help people get approved when they have bad credit. We obviously can't guarantee an approval at this stage though.

Have you seen a motorbike you wish to purchase and if so do you have any deposit? As long as you have a UK licence, 3 months payslips and some current active credit (bank account, contract mobile phone, loan, store/credit card etc) we may be able to help.

Please make an application when you're ready and when approved you can get a bike from any dealer - we also provide a no obligation quote. Kind Regards, Rachel

Hi, I was refused motorbike finance yesterday at the dealers, I have a pretty bad credit rating due to bad past fractions and being self employed. Bike is £10,000 and I have a £2,500 deposit. Decision went to the underwriters who said no. Is there any point in applying with you?

Answer

Hi, I am currently seeking funds for a bike to commute to work with.

I am self employed though and get paid cash in hand but, I do have invoice receipts from the work done. I have a really poor credit history from my teenage years which is hitting me hard now but, I am on the road to correct the outstanding balances over time.

So what information would you require and what's your honest opinion of me getting accepted without a deposit? If you could help it would be great! Thanks, Jean-Marc

Answer

Hi Jean-Marc, thank you for your question.

You have come to the right place if you need motorbike finance with past credit issues. We have a couple of lenders that can potentially help and from what you have said i'm reasonably confident that we can.

As long as you have a UK licence, 3 months bank statements proving your income (do you pay the cash into your bank) and some current clean credit history we should be able to get you approved for a bike loan without a deposit.

Please apply here when you're ready to do so. Kind Regards, Rachel

Hi, i have really bad credit history from my poor past. I need a bike on finance to travel to and from work.

I'm in full time work but have only been working for 2 months in this job. Is there anything you can do?

Answer

Hi Bryn, thank you for your question and apologies for the delayed response.

We can potentially help people with bad credit get bike finance, but we usually need to see 3 months proof of income as a minimum. My advice would be to get 3 months payslips ready and then apply.

Please make an application when you're ready and if approved you can choose a motorbike from any dealer and we also provide a no obligation quote. Kind Regards, Rachel

Hi, Unfortunately I am unemployed due to a disability and am currently in receipt of disability living allowance and state benefits.

Would I be able to obtain £7k to purchase the perfect motorcycle for my traveling needs?

Answer

Hi Rory, thank you for your question and apologies for the delayed response.

We do indeed have lenders that help people on DLA and benefits secure motorbike finance. We can't guarantee an approval as this depends upon your credit history though.

Please make an application and if approved you can choose a bike from any reputable dealer and we also provide a no obligation quote. Kind Regards, Rachel

Hello, I am looking to finance a nearly new motorcycle and have a trade in worth approx 3k and some cash.

The only problem is i am still in a trust deed which finishes in January after 4 years. I have a well paid secure job. Thank you

Answer

Hi Chris, thank you for your question.

We do have one lender that helps people in trust deeds get motorbike finance. As you have a secure job and a large deposit i'm quietly confident we can help. It'd also help if you had some active clean credit.

Please make an application when you're read and if approved you can choose a motorbike from any reputable dealer and we also provide a no obligation quote. Kind Regards, Rachel

I have poor credit rating due to problems over the past. I was refused credit for a motorcycle by a dealer the other day who said they dealt with poor credit.

I work full time in a stable job, can provide proof of income if needed. The bike I am looking at costs £2500. Is it worth trying with you or should I just give up ?

Answer

Hi Steve, thank you for your question.

We can help people with bad credit get bike finance so don't give up just yet. The bike dealer you dealt with may not have as many lenders on their panel as ourselves. As you are employed full time this obviously helps and if accepted £2500 won't be a problem as long as you can prove your income (payslips / bank stats).

Please make an application when you're ready and if approved you can choose a motorbike from any reputable dealer and we also provide a no obligation quote. Kind Regards, Rachel

Please make an application when you're ready and if approved you can choose a bike from any reputable dealer and we also provide a no obligation quote. Kind Regards, Rachel
