Motorists who are considering taking out car loans to buy a new vehicle in the next couple of months may be interested to hear that Renault is to update its Scenic range for 2009.

Motorists who are considering taking out car loans to buy a new vehicle in the next couple of months may be interested to hear that Renault is to update its Scenic range for 2009.

The manufacturer states the three models have been given a front end makeover, including the same chrome-effect grille and black headlight surrounds which feature on the GT versions of the Megane and Laguna respectively.

As well as the design updates, a new special edition Team will replace the former Extreme and Expression trim levels.

Entry-level models include metallic paint, satin chrome finish door handles, body-coloured door mirrors, air conditioning, RDS CD-radio and front and rear electric windows.

Further additional extras will be available to buyers wishing to specify their cars to higher levels of style, luxury and comfort.

Earlier this month, Moulin Rouge can-can dancers greeted a 104-year-old Renault after it made the 250-mile journey from Paris to London.
