With current economic conditions potentially putting people off buying brand new cars, the reliability of a vehicle retaining good value over the next few years could be important to lots of drivers.
According to EurotaxGlass's, the Journey will be worth 41 per cent of its original price in three years and 60,000 miles.
"Competitive list prices indicate that the Journey will be a serious rival for its key competitors," explained Jason King, head of market intelligence at the company. "The Journey is a unique addition to the current Dodge line-up."
EurotaxGlass's was founded 75 years ago and aims to offer solutions and products such as valuations and fleet management data.
Other models manufactured by Dodge include the Challenger and the Avenger. The brand is marketed and manufactured by Chrysler.
