The 26-strong line-up - which will offer some specification upgrades and a diesel hatchback - is due to go on sale in January 2009.
According to the manufacturer, Mazda6 drivers will be given a "significant safety boost" with the introduction of its Rear Vehicle Monitoring System - a standard feature on 15 models from the TS2 upwards.
The innovation warns drivers of an approaching road user before they have a chance to cross into a busy lane.
UK sales director Mark Cameron said the company had taken a "big step forwards" with the range.
"With this revised new Mazda6 line-up we anticipate growing our share of the large family/business car segment sales next year," he added.
Last month, the Association of Scottish Motoring Writers named the model the Best Family Car in its Scottish Car of the Year Awards 2008.
