Motorists planning to take out car loans to update their current vehicle in the new year may want to consider the revised Toyota Avensis.
According to the manufacturer, the third generation model "delivers more style, higher performance, improved fuel economy and lower emissions".
It added the car benefits from contemporary, athletic styling, advanced engineering and excellent build quality.
Toyota also stated a new engine and transmission means the updated vehicle offers "significantly better" fuel consumption and lower CO2 emissions, compared to its predecessor.
Available in saloon and tourer body styles with a choice of four equipment grades, prices will start at £15,760 on-the-road.
Car loans customers in the UK will be able to buy the latest Avensis from January 1st.
Another new Toyota due to take to British roads next month is the iQ.
The vehicle - which is less than three metres long - can be ordered now and is priced from £9,295.
