Citroen is encouraging car loans customers to make it their new year's resolution to go green in 2009.
The manufacturer added it was helping to make it easy with two new Airdream+ special editions of its cleanest ever C3 and C4 models.
As well as having less impact on the environment, it stated the vehicles offer more value for money, economy and equipment.
The new C3 is capable of 64.2 mpg and emits 115 g/km of CO2, while the C4 can achieve the same fuel economy and releases 117 g/km of CO2.
Prices for the models start at £10,995 for the former and £13,895 for the latter.
Citroen pointed out buyers do not need a deposit and are entitled to zero per cent finance for three years on both vehicles.
Earlier this month, the manufacturer announced its new C1 had arrived in showrooms across the UK with a restyled front end, new trims and body colours, lower CO2 emissions and improved fuel economy.
