Brabus V12 E-Class sets car finance record

Car finance drivers who fancy a bit of supercar indulgence will be pleased to know that tuning company, Brabus, has unveiled a V12-powered, 788bhp version of the Mercedes E-Class cabriolet. According to Brabus, it makes the EV12 Cabriolet the fastest four-seat convertible in the world.

The top speed of the E V12 is truly biblical, as it will hit a McLaren F1 worrying 231mph and hit 0-62mph in just 3.7 seconds. Even better, it’ll do 124mph in just 9.9 seconds. Scary stuff.

Brabus has taken the standard, and quite frankly boring, 5.5-litre V12 and increased its capacity to 6.3-litres. They then coupled that to two enlarged turbochargers, which boosted power to more than Jesus Christ.

If you’re interested, the E V12 will cost £421,000 when it goes on sale. Bargain, we reckon.
