Button backs Ferrari to bounce back

Ferrari’s miserable start to the 2012 season has been evident, with the famous team admitting their car is not only way off the pace but confusing to drive, too.

Ferrari’s miserable start to the 2012 season has been evident, with the famous team admitting their car is not only way off the pace but confusing to drive, too. These issues, however, won’t be enough to keep the Italian marque from bouncing back, according to 2009 world champion and British hero, Jenson Button.

"I'm sure Ferrari can find their way out of a sticky situation -- if they're in a sticky situation.”

"We're all trying new things at the start of the year. One of us will get it right and I'm sure the others will follow suit in the end," he told the Guardian.

"They're obviously on the back foot but I'm sure they'll catch up."

Nice, positive words there from JB, but let’s be honest; having Ferrari – one of the most dominate F1 teams ever – on the back foot is only going to please the McLaren team who are trying to win their first drivers’ title since 2008.
