BMW Invests £250m Into UK Economy and MINI

BMW has continued its investment promise with an extra £250m going to one of its companies based in the UK. MINI will be relishing from the extra funds as will the UK’s economy, and it just goes to show how serious BMW are about keeping the MINI brand a force in the country it’s become so attached to.

BMW said: "Just as Munich is the centre of the BMW world, Oxford is and will remain the home and the heart of Mini."

This new investment brings BMW’s total input to £1.75bn since 2000 – which is quite a large amount, clearly – and it proves that the German brand is set on the British marque and hopes to continue to keep MINI as popular as ever.
