Fuel Prices rise… Again!

Well, after a nice couple of weeks where the fuel prices seemed to have dropped, it seems we’re back to the situation we were at in April – as fuel prices have jumped again. The prices for fuel now sit just 3p below the record set in April and motorists are not happy.

Well, after a nice couple of weeks where the fuel prices seemed to have dropped, it seems we’re back to the situation we were at in April – as fuel prices have jumped again. The prices for fuel now sit just 3p below the record set in April and motorists are not happy. The average price at the pump for petrol sits at an eye watering 139.71p a litre, while diesel is at 143.98p.

It’s a shame for the UK’s motorists as it seems we’ve been put in a false sense of security, as prices in late summer were at around 130p a litre.

Can the prices get any worse, or will we see some action from unions and consumers? Let’s hope we see the price tumble.
