Rusty, old Ferrari up for sale

It doesn’t look like much, does it? But this is, in fact, quite a special Ferrari, thanks to the fact this 330GT 2+2 was the first four-seater Ferrari ever. It may be in bad shape now, but it’s still expected to shift for around £40,000 when it goes up for sale in the Bonhams auction next week.

If the buyer chooses to restore the car, they should be able to secure a sale price of around £150,000 – which isn’t a bad return, is it? Sure, it will need plenty of work, but who wouldn’t want to restore this beautiful and historic Ferrari?

A potentially money-making car with plenty of history; someone will be a very lucky person, indeed.
