According to Auto Express, the Japanese manufacturer is set to unveil its latest MX-5 roadster and 6 models next week, which it states are expected to be as good on the road as they are to look at.
The website reports that although there has been no official announcement made as to when motorists, including those with approved car finance, will be able to pick up the car on their local forecourts, they are expected to make appearances at Mazda showrooms over the next few months.
The MX-5 will be available in an MPS version that will offer an upgraded version of the manufacturer's 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine - with the possibility of a turbo which could boost the engine's power to around 200bhp.
An MPS version of the 6 will come with a 2.5-litre turbo that is expected to create around 280bhp, with four-wheel drive and a six-speed manual gearbox.
The MX-5 is known as the Miata in the US and is named Roadster in Japan where it has been in production since 1989.
