I was wanting to buy a new Range Rover for about £30,000. Although i have not yet applied for credit i thought i would look at my credit file with Experian.
About 6 months ago my credit history was shown as good now but, now it's shown as poor due to 2 late payments within the last 12 months. This is being 2 weeks late with my gas and electric both about £25 each. Everything else is shown as satisfactory. Would you be able to help if i got refused by one of the top lenders?
Hello, apologies for the delayed response. Yes - we'd be able to help if you get refused elsewhere but as you're looking at a £30,000 Range Rover you would need a deposit of approx £4000. Is this possible?
If you don't have a cash deposit we can take a part exchange into account :-) Once approved we provide a no obligation quote and you can buy your car from any dealer. Please apply when you're ready. Enjoy your weekend and we'd be glad to help out if need be. Regards, Edwin
Hi, i am self employed and looking to finance a range rover sport for me as well as my business up to £15000. I have no CCJ's and I am on top of all my payments but do have bad credit. Will i get finance?
Hi Graham, we'd love to be able to help. Just a few questions - do you have a deposit as you'll need at least 15% - 20%? Can you prove your income with payslips / bank statements? Are you on the electoral roll at your current address? If you can get back to me with positive answers then we should be able to help you get into a Range Rover Sport. Edwin
Hi Paul, thank you for your question. The answer will depend completely upon your credit profile. Your score seems fair and we have been able to secure customers with lower scores an approval. It will also help if you are registered on the electoral roll at your current address. With regards to the specific amount it will depend upon the finance company we can get you approved with as they set the maximum advance. However we would probably be looking to place you with one of our sub-prime lenders, one of which will lend up to £25. I would advise that you put an application through so we can see how we can help. Edwin
I am looking for car finance to purchase a Land Rover worth £30k. I will have £10k deposit plus my existing car which is worth £1k. The only issue is my credit rating was in the 550s the last time I checked as in 2010 my husband lost his job and things got very difficult for us.
Since then I have settled every debt, I am just about to start renting. I have an income of £53k plus bonus of £3k per year plus child maintenance of £500 per month. I am trying to build my credit worthiness again so I can apply for a mortgage in a few years, also I was recently accepted for an Aqua credit card and have had my limit increased twice in under a year. I have minimal outgoings with about £1800 left every month after bills. What are my chances of being accepted?
Hi Margaret, thank you for your question and apologies for the delayed response.
We'd love to be able to help you and as you have a large deposit, a good income and the fact that you're now improving your credit by settling your old debts i'm confident we can secure you the amount you need.
We do have a few lenders on our panel that help people with past blips on their credit file and one in particular who will lend large amounts to those with big deposits. Once approved you can buy your Land Rover from any dealer and we transfer the funds directly to them. We'll obviously help guide you through the process too. Have a great weekend. Edwin
Hi, I have a really low credit rating of 350 because when I moved house years ago the new tenants racked bills up in my name. I've reported this and am trying to get it sorted.
I have a really good income of 100k+ a year, I am a preferred customer at my bank (elite) and have statements to prove so. I've seen a Range Rover for £53k that I want and was hoping to get car finance so I can build my score up. I can also give a good deposit.
Is there a way that I can get finance without a credit check being a factor?
As you have such a large income i'm confident that we can get you the Range Rover you want but, as your credit score is poor you will need a large deposit of 15% - 20%? So, £7,500 to £10,000. We do have lenders that help people with bad credit and we do have to carry out a minimum of 1 credit check on your profile to get you approved.
If the above deposit is possible, please make an application and once approved we provide a no obligation quote and you can buy a car from any dealer in the UK. Kind Regards, Edwin
As you have such a large deposit i'm confident we can get you approved if you make a joint application with your husband on our website. We do have lenders on our panel that help people with poor credit.
Please make an application and once approved you can choose a car from any reputable dealer and we also provide a no obligation quote. Kind Regards, Edwin
