We're on benefits and have bad credit. Can we get a car loan?

My wife and i are currently looking for a bigger family car. We both have bad credit and do not work.

We are on benefits. Could we get a loan from you?

Answer.

Hi Andy, thank you for your question.

The good news is that we do have a handful of lenders that will consider helping people who have bad credit and are on benefits get car finance.

As long as you have a UK licence and can prove your benefit income with bank statements we could potentially help. If you're on the electoral roll (not mandatory) this would help too.

Please make a joint application and once approved you can choose a car from any reputable dealer and we also provide a no obligation quote. Kind Regards, Edwin

Hi Shane, thank you for your question and apologies for the delayed response.

As you're in full time employment i'm confident we can help as we do have lenders that approve people with bad credit.
