Fiat 500 Car Finance

Hi, I have a credit score of 684 with one settled default on my credit record from when I was a student.

Do you think I will be able to get finance on a Fiat 500 through this site? Thanks

Posted by Ellie on

Answer.

Hi Ellie, thanks for joining our Q&A and apologies for the delayed response.

We'd love to help you out and with a credit score of 684 with one settled default i'm confident we can get you approved for the Fiat 500 you want.

Do you have a deposit (not mandatory but helps), are you in full time employment and are you on the electoral roll? If so, please make an application and once approved we provide a no obligation quote and you can buy a car from any dealer in the UK. Kind Regards, Edwin

Question.

Hello, i tried to get a fiat 500 on finance the other day which was vauled at £8,500. It came back that they would give me a max of £5000. Do you have any ideas if it is possible to get the rest? Thanks in advance

Posted by Laura on

Answer.

Hi Laura, we'd have to get you approved for the whole amount rather than providing a separate loan. What is your monthly income and do you have any form of deposit to place into the deal? Lastly, do you have good or bad credit? Regards, Edwin

Posted by on

Question.

Hi, my monthly income is about £1200 and i'm only 19, my credit is probably fair, not the worst or not the best, and i have a car that i can part exchange but no deposit.

Posted by Laura on

Answer.

Hi Laura, how much is your part ex worth as we could use that as a deposit. Die to your age and income we'd potentially be able to get you approx £6000. Edwin

Posted by on

Question.

It's worth about £1200 i'd say maybe a bit more..

Posted by Laura on

Answer.

Ok - that'd get us up to approx £7000. Would this be enough to get yourself a used Fiat 500?

Posted by on

Question.

I don't think so, they're about £8000. Thanks though i know where to come if i see one that's £7000! :)

Answer.

No problem Laura :-) Have a good weekend

Question.

I would love to be able to get a used Fiat 500 but have a very poor credit history. The maximum deposit I could get is £200. Am I likely to secure finance?

Answer.

Hi Tali, we can certainly try as we specialise in helping people with poor credit get the car of their dreams. Are you employed and on the electoral register at your current address? Edwin

Question.

My daughter is looking to purchase a Fiat 500 as i get a good discount with my employer to buy this make of car. She has moved from student digs and is nearly 21. She was told she needed guarantor as my x husband left me in a mess i cannot do this for her. Can anyone else become her guarantor or do different garages have different rulings?? Her future mother in law has offered but they said it has to be a parent. What are her options? She has credit cards and phone bills etc which she has paid on time.

Posted by June on

Answer.

Hi June, apologies for the late reply. If your daughter has a clean credit history i'd argue with the dealer that you want her to apply on her own. If this isn't an option and Fiat won't allow anyone else other than a parent be a guarantor then you're a little bit stuck. However, i'm confident we could get your daughter approved on her own (if she has a good credit rating and is on the electoral roll) and we could get her in a Fiat 500 in no time. Edwin

Question.

Hi, would it be possible for me to get a car on Finance (£10,420) even though I am a am employed as a temp. I work full time and have done since May at this company. I am currently renting and I pay all of my bills on time. I am 22 years old, and I haven't had any credit cards or loans other than a store card that I paid on time. Before being temp employed, I was fully employed for 6 months before the company went down, after that I was only unemployed for 2 months and still managed to pay for all my phone bills, car insurance, etc etc. The car I am interested in is a Fiat 500 POP. Any help is appreciated thank you.

Posted by Jade on

Answer.

Hi Jade, i'm confident we can get you approved for car finance even though you have a temporary job as you have some clean active credit. The problem we may face though is the amount you want due to your age. Would you have any deposit at all? Edwin :-)

Question.

I'm looking at getting a car on finance, maybe a fiat 500. I have a car already but it's probably only worth £500, but could maybe get another £200 for deposit. The only thing is that my credit rating is poor. Would I still be able to get finance? I'm only 21. Thanks abbie

Posted by Abbie on

Answer.

Hi Abbie, we do have a chance in getting you the finance you need for a Fiat 500. The £700 approx deposit will certainly help your case. Just 2 questions - are you on the electoral roll and do you have any active clean credit? If so, please apply and let me know the reference number ;-)

Question.

I need to find a new car but am struggling to get finance. I am 18 and am working full time and have minimal outgoings, other than my current car insurance and running costs, but because my parents don't have great credit ratings they can't be guarantor. I have looked at a brand new Fiat 500 and worked out I could afford it, but we were refused finance with Fiat due to my mum's 'fair' credit rating. My Aunt offered to do it for me but I was told the guarantor has to be a parent. Is there anything that can be done or am I going to have to wait until I can build up my own credit rating? Thanks in advance!

Posted by Rosie on

Answer.

Hi Rosie, due to your age you may not be able to get finance on a brand new Fiat 500 but have you thought of a used one? We could get you approx £5000 and you may need a 10% deposit. Would that be of any use? It'd build up your credit score etc and in a few years you'd then be able to get a new car. Edwin

Question.

Hi again! Thanks for the reply but I've just bought another used car today. I've got a Nissan micra 2003 for now and hopefully in a year or so once I've maybe had a credit card etc it should be a bit easier. Hopefully my mums credit rating will improve over time too! Thanks again!

Question.

Hi, I went to a Fiat 500 dealership on Sunday to test out the cars etc and have decided I would like to get one on finance, I have my driving test next week (I'm 20!) and would ideally like to be geting the car shortly after, the dealership said I cannot get a PCP whilst on provisional without a guarantor and neither of my parents will put themselves in that position. I plan on applying direct through the dealership when I pass my test - they currently have the £145 deposit with £500 dealership contribution @ £145 per month over 4 years with the balloon payment at the end which I plan on paying so I can buy the car. My current salary is £12,000 and my credit score is currently excellent with both my phone contract and current ipad finance loan from Barclays being paid on time, what do you think the chances are of me being accepted for PCP? Thank you!

Posted by Emilie on

Answer.

Hi Emilie, thank you for your detailed question. From what you have said i think you stand a good chance of being approved once you pass your test. If you do get declined please make an application with us as we have over 15 lenders on our panel and i'm very confident we could help you out. Regards, Edwin

Question.

Hi there, could you let me know if there is a company that will help me?

I have a full time job and my monthly income is quite substantial but i do not have a good credit rating from years back. Can I still get a Fiat 500?

Posted by Chate Makoyo on

Answer.

Hi Chate, thank you for your question.

As you have a good income that will obviously help things however, it all depends upon how bad your credit history was in terms of whether we can help or not.

We do have lenders on our panel that can help people with a poor credit history so there is a chance we can help though. Please make an application and once approved we provide a no obligation quote and you can buy a car from any dealer in the UK. Kind Regards, Edwin

Question.

Hello, I am interesting in purchasing an Approved Used Fiat 500 from the Fiat dealership that is worth around £8000.

I have a deposit of £3000 so would need to lend £5000. Neither of my parents want to put themselves in the position of being a Guarantor. I am 21 and have had my Full drivers license for 4 years. I have an excellent Credit score of 931 on Experian, I have just started a Full time position in Probation on £22,039 per annum.

Before this I was a Student and worked Part-time earning approx £600 per month. I am on the electoral role, have credit accounts from Very, Sky TV and broadband, phone bill etc and I am currently renting - all of which are always paid on time. I have been renting with my partner for 10 months now and before I lived in Student residence for 1 year and before that was my Parents.

Would I be eligible for finance and if so, what APR rate do you think I would be able to get? Many thanks.

Posted by Kirsty on

Answer.

Hi Kirsty, thank you for your question and apologies for the delayed response.

As you have a large deposit, a good monthly income and an excellent credit score i'm confident we can get you approved for the £5000 you need.

A guarantor won't be required from what you have said and the Fiat 500 is a great little car to go for (very economical and cheap to run). The rate i'd expect you to pay would be between 7% - 9% approx.

Please make an application and once approved you can choose a car from any dealer and we also provide a no obligation quote. Kind Regards, Edwin
