Car finance with credit score of 640

Hi, my credit score is 640 and in the poor catagory, I have a good wage coming in and two current accounts. I can provide payslips for over 3 months where my salary has been over £1700 on all occasions. Do you think you could help me get a new car?

Answer.

Hi Stevie, your credit score is average to be honest and the fact that you have a decent income and 2 active current account we may be able to do something for you. Do you have a deposit or part exchange? If so this would improve your chances :-) How much do you need approximately and what is your maximum monthly budget? Edwin

Question.

I have a Peugeot 206 to trade in and around £1000 deposit. I roughly need £8000-12000 as I'm unsure of car at present. Stevie

Question.

Max monthly budget would be around £200-250. Stevie

Answer.

Hi Stevie, with a £2000 deposit combined we should be able to get you £8000 to £10,000 however your budget of £250 per month wouldn't be enough. You'd need at least £300+.

Question.

Answer.

Hi Courtney, £5000 is a very large deposit so i'm confident we can help. How much finance are you looking for?
