New bigger car required on car finance as baby on the way

Hello, i'm looking to purchase a new car as my partner is expecting a baby and need a bigger car. I have seen on your site a Vauxhall Zafira but it does not show the price my credit history is poor. I am in full time emloyment and have been working for the company for 6 years and have a decent income & my partner has been working as a police officer for the past 11 years. We would be greatfull if you could come up with a deal for us i was hoping to keep the payments as low as possible at around 200 to 230 per month. Thank you, Gavin

Answer.

Morning Gavin, apologies for the slightly delayed response. Thank you for your detailed question. As we have many Vauxhall Zafira's in stock we just list example cars on the website. We have many new shape Zafira's in lots of colours so if you get approved for new car finance with us we'll discuss the vehicle at that stage. If you have poor credit you've come to the right place. Carfinance247 have been specialising in helping people with bad credit obtain finance for over 10 years now. Please make an application and we'll see if we can get you approved. Does your wife have better credit than you? If so, please add her onto the application as this will improve your chances of getting approved. Thanks, Edwin

Question.

Hi, I currently own a BMW. I have 2 years remaining on the finance. I really need a bigger car for my growing family. What are my options I owe roughly the amount on what the car is worth. I can still make the payments but just need a bigger car what are my options ? Thanks

Answer.

Hi Darren, we can get you into a bigger car no issue whatsoever and we can also take your existing car in part exchange along with settling the current outstanding finance. We'd obviously have to value your car - the cleaner the condition and the more history you have with the car the better price you'll get. Please make an application as the first step is to get you approved. Kind Regards, Edwin

Question.

I have a Renault wind convertible with a settlement figure of £6450 as I am 12 months into a 3 year contract. My car should be worth more than that but I know garages don't give you exactly what its worth. I need a bigger car and don't know what to do please help.

Answer.

Hi Steff, if you get approved with us for finance you can go a choose a new bigger car from any local dealer. So i suppose the first thing you need to do is get a trade in price for your current car. Convertibles won't be top of dealers wish lists right now as it's coming into winter so be prepared to be offered a low price. However, if you think the car is worth more that the settlement figure hopefully you'll get that as a minimum. If you do i'd take it. You may even be offered less. Come back to me once you've been given a few prices. Parkers.co.uk will give you a rough guide price. The bottom line is that we can help you get into a newer car as long as you're happy with the part exchange bid on your current car. Kind Regards, Edwin

Question.

I have a Mercedes SLK on finance with about 3 years left. My wife and I are having a baby next year, can I change the car for a more family orientated one?

Posted by Jason G on

Answer.

Hi Jason, yes this is possible. What is the car worth (trade value) and what is your finance settlement figure? As long as you're not in a lot of negative equity you'll be able to change your car at a local dealer. We can obviously supply the new finance agreement and have some superb rates on offer at the moment but obviously the rate we get depends upon your personal circumstances. You can always make up any negative equity (if this is the case) with a cash deposit which would be paid to the supplying dealer. The supplying dealer would also clear the current finance agreement for you when you collect your new car. I hope this helps. Edwin

Question.

Edwin, Apologies for the slow response. My Mercedes SLK is worth £6615. All I have to do is get a settlement figure and report back. Cheers J
