Car finance for an old car

Hello, I'm looking to buy a 10 Year old Porsche Boxster.

Have you any rules on age and value of choosing a second hand vehicle on finance? The vehicle i'm looking at is £7500 with with 56000 fully serviced miles for its age.

Basically can you guarantee finance on the vehicle? Trevor

Answer.

Hi Trevor, thank you for your question.

We do indeed have 1 lender that will look at financing older vehicles with low mileage - which this Porsche Boxster you've located seems to have.

They are a bespoke / niche lender that looks at each case individually so we can't guarantee anything at this stage without an approval in place with this particular lender.

I'm quietly confident we could get you the vehicle though as long as we get you approved. Please make an application and once approved you can choose a car from any dealer and we also provide a no obligation quote. Kind Regards, Edwin

Question.

Hi, I was wondering if I was allowed car finance but didn't want to sign anything.

I was wanting to know if I could see the deal first before I do anything? £4000 for an old BMW.

Answer.

Hi Dougie, our quotes are no obligation so you can apply and get approved and then it's down to you to decide whether you want to go ahead.

How old is the BMW you're looking at as some lenders only finance cars that are 7 to 8 years old maximum and they can't have done more than 100,000 miles.

Please make an application and once approved you can choose a car from any dealer and we also provide a no obligation quote. Kind Regards, Edwin
