Car Finance for Audi TT

Hi, I'm currently self employed and have been for the past 8 months, earning £4,000 a month. My credit score is 846 (fair) - 1 missed payment on phone bill which scuffed it up a little and i'm only 20.

I've been looking at an Audi TT which is £20,000 - I have a £2,000 deposit ready, what do you think? Will i get accepted?

Hi Tom, thank you for your question and apologies for the delay in responding.

With a very healthy monthly income, a large deposit and a fair credit score, we should be able to help you with car finance. We'd need you to provide proof of income, proof of address and to have a driving licence. As long as you have all of these, we should be able to get you driving your desired Audi TT before long.

For now please make an application and if approved, we'll provide you with a no obligation quote so you can see what we can offer. Kind Regards, Edwin

Hi, I'm looking at car finance for an Audi TTS. I am 43, my credit rating is fair, but currently I am paying some debts off and believe it will increase to good. I earn about £100,000 a year, I work for an American company in the Offshore industry. I have been with this company for 2 and a half years, previous to that an Offshore company for 14 years. They were American, but had a base in UK. I would like to place a deposit of £3,000 down and finance of about £15,000 so to get a car for around £18,000, over 4 or 5 years. What is my best option please?

Hi Stephen, as you have a large income and a good sized deposit, we should be able to help.
You say you work for an American firm; do you have any credit registered in a UK address where you're also on the electoral roll? If so, that's great as our lenders will look for traceability in the UK.
We do have many lenders who can help people with fair credit too, so please apply when you get a moment. Edwin

Hi again, thanks for your reply, yes I am all registered in UK, just my company I work for are American. I have been with Barclays bank for over 20 years, am on electoral roll, same house for 10 years. Do I need to know what car I'm going for before I apply or can I apply, have the finance in place and then look for car I want?

Fantastic news Steve, most boxes ticked. You can indeed the approval for finance first before looking for a car. The Audi TTS is a great car - a good choice :)
