£200 Cashback Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

By applying for finance during the promotional period of the Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

This Giveaway is promoted and managed by CarFinance247 Limited (company number: 06035525) whose registered office is at Universal Square, Devonshire Street North, Manchester, United Kingdom, M12 6JH (the “Promoter”).

These Terms and Conditions apply so far as the law permits so, please read them carefully.

Can I enter the Giveaway?

Entry into the Giveaway is automatic during the Promotional Period upon an application for car finance being submitted via: https://firstcentralinsurance.carfinance247.co.uk which meets the conditions below.

The Giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 or above at the time of application.

The following individuals will not be eligible to enter this Giveaway:

Anyone involved with the operation, promotion or administration of this Giveaway; and/or any employees, agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its families and its associated companies or retailer network.

How do I apply

To apply, complete a car finance application with CarFinance 247 via the following link https://firstcentralinsurance.carfinance247.co.uk between the 18/03/2024 and 30/04/2024. (“the Promotional Period”).

An application for finance will be an eligible entry for the Giveaway, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

a) the application is submitted by a 1st Central policyholder and is made via the link https://firstcentralinsurance.carfinance247.co.uk
b) the application has been completed during the Promotional Period,
c) the application for credit has been approved, and
d) a credit agreement has been entered into with a lender on CarFinance 247s panel no more than 21 days after the end of the Promotional Period.

Only applications received during the Promotional Period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be eligible for the Giveaway.

If, for any reason, a technical interruption, fault, or site failure occurs, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for inability to enter or for incomplete or late applications and any such entries will not be considered valid for the Giveaway.

The Cashback

The Giveaway relates to £200 cashback (the “Cashback”)

The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses in relation to the cashback (without limitation), other than any specifically listed as part of the cashback above and for the specified periods of time (where applicable).

The cashback form will be emailed to all eligible applicants within 7 days of them taking out a car finance agreement. The Promoter will use the email address supplied with the application form and will not be responsible if the email address supplied is incorrect. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is correct and that you check any junk/spam email folders (where applicable).

In all circumstances, the Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liabilities

Neither the Promoter, or its respective group companies, or its affiliates, agents, officers or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Giveaway or as a result of an applicant’s participation in it, participation in any activities or as a result of the applicant collecting, using or enjoying the cashback, or if the Giveaway does not run as planned. This clause does not seek to exclude the liability of the Promoter, any related third party and its respective group companies for (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for it to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability.

The Promoter may change these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Giveaway at its absolute discretion and without incurring liability as a result unless the cashback has been awarded. Where the Promoter changes these Terms and Conditions it will notify applicants as soon as reasonably possible.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the Giveaway including non-contractual claims.

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other third party. No third party is responsible to participants in respect of any aspect of this Giveaway. By applying for this Giveaway, you are providing information to the Promoter. The information provided will be used in accordance with CarFinance247 Limited’s Privacy Policy as set out at https://www.carfinance247.co.uk/terms-and-conditions

Use of Giveaway entries and Personal Data

By applying during the promotional period of the Giveaway you agree that the Promoter (and its agents, contractors and group members on its behalf), may process, store, distribute and/or use the information (including personal data) you provide in your finance application:

a. to enable it to administer your application in the Giveaway, including deciding whether it accords with these Terms and Conditions;

b. to share with organisations assisting with the conduct of the Giveaway and fulfilment of the cashback (where applicable).

The Promoter reserves the right to contact all applicants regarding various product and service promotions or other related communications. Should applicants wish not to be contacted, they should write to the Promoter at marketing@carfinance247.co.uk. Applicants will have the opportunity to opt-out of future correspondence in any subsequent communications.

Rules for Giveaway

You agree that by entering this Giveaway, you will comply with the terms and conditions of the Giveaway as set out in these Terms and Conditions, 1st Central Insurance platform terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use 1st Central Insurance others’ computer or communication systems. Entries which are found or suspected to violate such laws and/or regulations and/or any third-party rights will be disqualified from the Giveaway and the cashback will be forfeited.
