Liam Gallagher VIP Ticket Giveaway - Full Terms and Conditions

Please read and understand the Full Terms and Conditions for the 4 VIP Liam Gallagher Ticket Giveaway at the COOP Live on Friday 28^th June 2024.

By joining the Car Finance 247 Dealers Group on Facebook during the qualifying period of the Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Giveaway is promoted and managed by Car Finance 247 Limited (“Car Finance 247, company number: 06035525) whose registered office is at Universal Square, Devonshire Street North, Manchester, United Kingdom, M12 6JH (the “Promoter”).

These Terms and Conditions apply so far as the law permits, so please read them carefully.

Can I enter the Giveaway?

Any individual who joins the Car Finance 247 Dealers Facebook group and meets the criteria conditions below during the qualifying period will be automatically entered into the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or above at the time of joining the Facebook group who own or are employed as part of the Senior Leadership Team at a car dealership based in the UK.

Entry to the competition is limited to one entry per person (Facebook account). After joining, members who actively engage with the group (post/like/comment) will have an increased chance of winning.

How do I enter?

To enter, join the Car Finance 247 Dealers Facebook page via the following link http://www.facebook.com/groups/carfinance247dealergroup between 01/04/2024 and 31/05/2024 (“the Qualifying Period”).

Qualifying Members will then be entered into the Giveaway and have the chance to win 4 VIP tickets to attend Liam Gallagher at the COOP Live on Friday 28^th June 2024, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

1. a) The winner is an active member of the Car Finance 247 Dealer group on Facebook.
2. b) The winner joined during the Qualifying Period.
   c) The winner is a registered car dealership owner or a member of the Senior Leadership Team and can provide evidence of their position within the business.

Only members of the group who joined during the Qualifying Period and meet these Terms and Conditions will be eligible to receive the prize.

If, for any reason, a technical interruption, fault, or site failure occurs, Car Finance 247 do not take any responsibility for inability to enter or for an inability to contribute or engage with the group and any such entries will not be considered valid for the Giveaway.

 

Disqualification

 

Members’ engagement on the Facebook group will be monitored and inappropriate posts or comments that do not follow the rules and guidelines of the Car Finance 247 Dealer Facebook group will be removed. This will result in disqualification of the relevant individual from the Prize Draw.

The Prize

The Prize will be 4 VIP tickets to see Liam Gallagher at the COOP Live on Friday 28^th June.

• The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative artist, date, cash, or other alternatives.
• Tickets will be transferred prior to the event. You must provide the email addresses of yourself and any guests to enable this transfer.
• The VIP suite is for the exclusive use of the individual(s) named in the reservation.
• You may not transfer or assign or sell your reservation to any other individual or party.
• Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Any damage to the suite or its contents caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the individual(s) named in the reservation.

 

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected based on the individual who has been classified by Facebook as the “Top Contributor” within the Car Finance 247 Dealer group on the 1^st June 2024. The rank of “Top Contributor” can be achieved by liking, commenting, and engaging with posts on the page more than all other members of the group.

 

The winner will be selected on 1^st June 2024 and the winner will be notified via Facebook messenger within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 3 working days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner (the second place “Top Contributor”).

 

The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses in relation to the Giveaway (without limitation).

 

In all circumstances, the Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liabilities

Car Finance 247, or their respective group companies, or their affiliates, agents, officers or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Giveaway or as a result of an applicant’s participation in it, participation in any activities or as a result of the applicant collecting, using or enjoying the prize, or if the Giveaway does not run as planned.

 

This clause does not seek to exclude the liability of Car Finance 247, any related third party and its respective group companies for (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for it to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability.

Car Finance 247 may change these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Giveaway at its absolute discretion and without incurring liability as a result unless the cashback has been awarded. Where the Promoter changes these Terms and Conditions it will notify applicants as soon as reasonably possible.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the Giveaway including non-contractual claims.

Save for any promotional activities carried out by Car Finance 247 the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other third party. No third party is responsible to participants in respect of any aspect of this Giveaway. By applying for this Giveaway you are providing information to the Car Finance 247. The information provided will be used in accordance with Car Finance 247 Limited’s Privacy Policy as set out at 

By winning the Giveaway you agree that the Promoter (and its agents, contractors, and group members on its behalf), may use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Rules for Giveaway

You agree that by entering this Giveaway, you will comply with the terms and conditions of the Giveaway as set out in these Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity, and the access or use Car Finance 247 others’ computer or communication systems. Entries which are found or suspected to violate such laws and/or regulations and/or any third-party rights will be disqualified from the Giveaway and the cashback will be forfeited.
