Top Gun Flight Experience for 2 Giveaway - Full Terms and Conditions

Please read and understand the full Terms and Conditions for the Top Gun Flight Experience for 2 Giveaway at Goodwood Aerodrome and Motor Circuit on Thursday 20^th June 2024.

By following the Premier 247 Instagram page and liking, sharing, and tagging 1 friend in the competition announcement post during the qualifying period of the Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Giveaway is promoted and managed by Car Finance 247 Limited (“Car Finance 247, company number: 06035525) whose registered office is at Universal Square, Devonshire Street North, Manchester, United Kingdom, M12 6JH (the “Promoter”).

These Terms and Conditions apply so far as the law permits, so please read them carefully.

Can I enter the Giveaway?

Any individual who follows the Premier 247 Instagram page and meets the criteria conditions below during the qualifying period will be automatically entered into the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or above at the time of following the page.

Entry to the competition is limited to one entry per person (Instagram account).

How do I enter?

To enter, follow our Premier 247 Instagram page via the following link Premier 247 by Car Finance 247 (@premier.247) • Instagram photos and videos and like, share, and tag 1 friend in the competition announcement post between 01/05/2024 and 03/06/2024 (“the Qualifying Period”).

Qualifying Members will then be entered into the Giveaway and have the chance to win a Top Gun Flight Experience for 2 at Goodwood on Thursday 20^th June, 2024, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

1. a) The winner is following the Premier 247 Instagram page
2. b) The winner joined during the Qualifying Period
   c) The winner liked, shared, and tagged 1 friend in the competition announcement post during the Qualifying Period.

 

Only followers of the page who followed the page, liked, shared, and tagged 1 friend in thecompetition announcement post during the Qualifying Period and meet these Terms and Conditions will be eligible to receive the prize.

If, for any reason, a technical interruption, fault, or site failure occurs, Car Finance 247 do not take any responsibility for inability to enter or for an inability to contribute or engage with the post and any such entries will not be considered valid for the Giveaway.

Disqualification

Members engagement on the Instagram page will be monitored and inappropriate comments that do not follow the rules and guidelines of Premier 247 Instagram page will be removed. This will result in disqualification of the relevant individual from the Prize Draw.

The Prize

The Prize will be a Top Gun Flight Experience for 2 people at Goodwood Aerodrome and Motor Circuit on Thursday 20^th June 2024.

• The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative date or cash alternative.
• Information needed prior to the event will be emailed over to the winner. You must provide the email addresses of yourself to enable this transfer.
• The experience is for the exclusive use of the individual(s) named in the reservation.
• You may not transfer or assign or sell your reservation to any other individual or party.
• Guests under the age of 12 are not permitted on the experience.

 

Physical Limitations

Anyone aged 12 and over, as long as they fulfil the height, weight and medical criteria can fly. You must also be physically capable of getting in and out of the aircraft without assistance.

Extra300 Aircraft Limits: Weight limit* is 15 stone 7 lbs (98kg). Minimum height 5ft (1.52m). Maximum height 6ft 4" (1.93m). T67 Firefly Aircraft Limits: Weight limit* is 17 stone (108kg). Minimum height 5ft. Maximum height 6ft 5" (1.95m).

 

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random on 3^rd June 2024 and will be notified via Instagram direct message within three days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within three working days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner (chosen at random).

 

The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs and/or expenses in relation to the Giveaway (without limitation).

 

In all circumstances, the Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liabilities

Car Finance 247, or their respective group companies, or their affiliates, agents, officers or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Giveaway or as a result of an applicant’s participation in it, participation in any activities or as a result of the applicant collecting, using or enjoying the prize, or if the Giveaway does not run as planned.

 

This clause does not seek to exclude the liability of Car Finance 247, any related third party and its respective group companies for (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for it to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability.

Car Finance 247 may change these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Giveaway at its absolute discretion and without incurring liability as a result unless the cashback has been awarded. Where the Promoter changes these Terms and Conditions it will notify applicants as soon as reasonably possible.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law. The parties agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and the Giveaway including non-contractual claims.

Save for any promotional activities carried out by Car Finance 247 the Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any other third party. No third party is responsible to participants in respect of any aspect of this Giveaway. By applying for this Giveaway you are providing information to the Car Finance 247. The information provided will be used in accordance with Car Finance 247 Limited’s Privacy Policy as set out at 

By winning the Giveaway you agree that the Promoter (and its agents, contractors, and group members on its behalf), may use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Rules for Giveaway

You agree that by entering this Giveaway, you will comply with the terms and conditions of the Giveaway as set out in these Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity, and the access or use Car Finance 247 others’ computer or communication systems. Entries which are found or suspected to violate such laws and/or regulations and/or any third-party rights will be disqualified from the Giveaway and the cashback will be forfeited.
