Can I get Finance for a Motorbike?

Our name might be CarFinance 247, but we arrange finance for motorcyclists too, whether buying from a dealership (if you are approved for hire purchase with ourselves) or a private seller (via a personal loan).

Although the law allows you to ride a motorbike at the age of 17, you are legally not eligible to apply for finance until you reach your 18th birthday. You might want to use that time qualifying for your full driving licence, which will help when making an application for finance as well as building up a credit profile, which will again help your application.

We are in a great position of being able to offer loan options to people with differing credit histories (anywhere from poor to excellent), however the better your credit history, the easier we will find it to get you approved – and at a more attractive rate of interest.

We will consider all credit circumstances (including discharged bankrupts and those with CCJs) as well as all personal circumstances (e.g. self-employed, retired etc.). You may also already have a vehicle on finance and this isn’t an issue as we have many lenders on our panel that offer additional finance agreements.

Remember, you can choose a motorbike from any reputable dealership in the UK!
