CarFinance 247, the UK’s leading digital motor finance platform, has been announced as co-headline sponsor of TalkSPORT Premier League coverage for the 2022/23 season.

After a competitive bidding process, CarFinance 247 will now feature in prominent spots throughout TalkSPORT’s Premier League coverage, including all mid-week and weekend matches.

CarFinance 247 has had a long association with football, especially at the grassroots level, and has invested in developing the region’s young talent by supporting teams across Greater Manchester.

The company’s significant investment in TalkSPORT’s Premier League coverage takes this support to the next level and ensures the platform will be top-of-mind for consumers throughout a season that looks set to be the most exciting yet!

With the World Cup in Qatar making this a season of two halves – and many of the Premier League’s biggest players being called up for international duty – the 2022/23 campaign will be unlike any other. And TalkSPORT will be following the action every step of the way.

TalkSPORT will be covering over 450 matches this season as well as hosting its popular Saturday phone-in show. Coverage will be led by a talented team of award-winning presenters and pundits including Sam Matterface, Adrian Durham, Reshmin Chowdhury, Danny Murphy, and Faye Carruthers.

The station’s reach is second to none; their website attracts over 30 million visitors each season and over a quarter of those who follow the Premier League on social media regularly tune into the station for its match commentary.

For CarFinance 247, this partnership offers a unique opportunity to raise awareness of its platform and proposition: empowering people to secure their car finance first and always offering the best deal from its panel of lenders. Ultimately, TalkSPORT and CarFinance 247’s collaboration will help more people to buy their dream car.

Louis Rix, COO and co-founder of CarFinance 247 said: “Growing up in Manchester, football has always been an important part of my life. As a business, we have supported several grassroots teams and emerging talents as we believe passionately in giving back to our local community. Partnering with TalkSPORT allows us to take this to the next level and explain the benefits of our platform to a much wider audience to help more people find an affordable car finance solution. No station has the reach or the presence of TalkSPORT and we’re proud to be their headline sponsor at such an exciting time for the Premier League.”

The partnership kicks off on Friday 5th August with the match between Crystal Palace and Arsenal and TalkSPORT will be the only radio broadcaster covering the opening game.
