WarrantyWorks has launched into the UK automotive sector with ambitions to reshape how warranties are sold and delivered, targeting dealers and brokers with a simpler, lower-risk alternative to traditional models.

The business was developed initially to support the needs of Car Finance 247 and its customers, before being established as a standalone operation with its own dedicated team. The launch builds on significant existing scale, with Car Finance 247 already facilitating more than 20,000 warranty, cosmetic and alloy products annually. It is now expanding into the wider dealer and broker market following strong early performance.

WarrantyWorks has been designed to address long-standing industry challenges around complex terms and inconsistent customer experiences. It offers straightforward documentation structured with clear, accessible terms designed to improve understanding for both retailers and consumers.

The business has also secured accreditation from The Motor Ombudsman’s Vehicle Warranty Code, providing an additional layer of assurance for both dealers and consumers, as well as access to independent dispute resolution.

Louis Rix, Chief Operating Officer at Car Finance 247, said:

“WarrantyWorks has been developed to create a simpler, more transparent warranty experience. Having used the proposition as a customer and seen how it performs, we're confident it can improve outcomes for both retailers and their customers.

As it expands, we believe it offers dealers a practical way to enhance their proposition while minimising risk and reducing friction across the entire journey.”

WarrantyWorks is supported by a dedicated, experienced team handling claims, customer support and repair journeys, ensuring consistency from point of sale through to resolution.
